Dental benefits are based upon a contract made between an employer and an insurance company. While the staff at Porsch Dental can answer many of the questions you might have concerning your insurance, it is to your benefit to contact your employer and/or insurance company directly. They can provide the most up to date information available. For you convenience, Porsch Dental bills your insurance company. In the event the insurance company does not pay within 90 days, Porsch Dental reserves the right to request payment in full for services from you. While this outcome is unlikely, should it happen, it is your responsibility to collect these funds from your insurance company.

Most insurance companies respond promptly. If there is a balance remaining on your account after your insurance pays you will receive a statement. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
